Вплив піретроїдних та неонікотиноїдних інсектицидів на лацертид (Reptilia, Squamata) (літературний огляд)

Анотація

Піретроїдні та неонікотиноїдні пестициди - синтетичні речовини, які поширені у різних сферах господарської діяльності та до недавніх часів вважалися одними з безпечних типів інсектицидів. Відомо, що використання піретроїдних та неонікотиноїдних інсектицидів несе певні екологічні ризики для популяцій тварин. Рептилії проявляють значну чутливість до цього сімейства інсектицидів. Ящірки (Lacertilia) - чисельна група тварин, велика кількість видів якої пов’язана з біотопами, що знаходяться в зоні впливу пестицидів. Особливості токсичного впливу піретроїдних та неонікотиноїдних інсектицидів досліджені на незначній кількості видів та переважно на дрібних ящірках. Аналіз попередніх досліджень дозволив виявити певні особливості токсичного впливу на організм ящірок піретроїдів та неонікотиноїдів. За впливу цієї групи інсектицидів у ящірок може підвищуватися смертність та неврологічні відхилення, симптоми яких з часом зменшуються. Лабораторні дослідження вказують на те, що ці речовини можуть призвести до зростання летальності ящірок та спричинити гормональні, біохімічні та невралгічні відхилення. Проведені дослідження свідчать про те, що ці інсектициди мають антиандрогенну дію, що може впливати на успішність розмноження ящірок. Метаболізм інсектицидів в організмі ящірок викликає утворення токсичних речовин-метаболітів, що може супроводжуватися більшим отруєнням організму, ніж детоксикацією. Енантіомери інсектицидів, що досліджувалися, проявляють різну ступінь токсичності. Ряд параметрів токсичного впливу пропонується як біомаркери інтоксикації піретроїдними та неонікотиноїдними інсектицидами. Ящірки можуть використовуватися для біоіндикації забруднення синтетичними інсектицидами, однак активність досліджень стосовно цього питання почала зростати тільки в останні десятиріччя.
